هو حالة مرضية موروثة عبارة عن اضطرابات في عملية ايض الحديد Hemochromatosis (HHC) is an inherited condition of abnormal iron metabolism; it is not a blood disease. Individuals with hemochromatosis absorb too much iron from the diet. Iron cannot be excreted therefore the metal can reach toxic levels in tissues of major organs such as the liver, heart, pituitary, thyroid, pancreas, and synovium (joints). These overburdened organs cease to function properly and eventually become diseased. Therefore, undiagnosed and untreated HHC increases the risk for diseases and conditions such as diabetes mellitus, irregular heart beat or heart attack, arthritis (osteoarthritis, osteoporosis), cirrhosis of the liver or liver cancer, depression, impotence, infertility, hypothyroidism, hypogonadism, and some cancers. التامور أم الدم الأبهرية الرغامي  البسة المشردة   خلوكم انقليزي باسم المرض ولو تبون اشرحوا عربي .. بس المصطلح خلوه انقليزي عشان نقدر نمسك خط  .. addison's disease هو مرض يحدث نتيجة تلف قشرة الغدة الكظرية مما يؤدي إلى نقص هورمون الكورتيزول، وهو ما يعرف بالقصور الكظري الأولي. الـ Endocrine system .. احسب ما اتذكر انها حالة مرضية يبدأ الجسم في مهاجمة الـ myelin sheath الموجودة في الجهاز العصبي المركزي ( معناته المخ والحبل الشوكي ) بمعنى انه يكون هناك مثل الخدوش او الشقوق في الـ myelin sheath للـ axons وبالتالي ضعف في جودة نقل الاشارة العصبية قد يؤثر المرض على البصر والعين إذا أصيب أعصاب العين ، يعطى المريض ستيرويدز كـ آنتي انفلاماتوري ممكن أكون خطأ لكني اتكلم من ذاكرتي  // اللي بعدي ماذا عن unhappy triad
