First computer bug was found by Grace Hooper

She is an American mathematician and computer scientist who worked with Howard Aiken on the Mark I computer

What makes the first computer bug unique (other than being the first of course), is for it to acutally be an insect, a moth to be precise. The moth has gotten into the Mark I and its wings have been blocking the reading of the holes in the paper tape
